SYGEF Standard (PVDF) is the single-bagged and reliable transport solution for chemical and water applications, even at high temperatures. Defined manufacturing conditions and a high performance raw material ensure the suitability for harsh environments as encountered in disinfection and chemical transport.

Properties & applications

For highly demanding applications like conveying hot ultrapure water (HUPW) for microelec- tronic industries, the double-bagged, high purity (HP) piping system SYGEF Plus (PVDF HP) offers additional opportunities. By manufacturing, cleaning and packing under cleanroom conditions up to ISO class 5 (100), SYGEF Plus achieves an excellent surface finish, superior leach out characteristics and stringent particle control com- bined with high reliability and product lifetime.

Applications

SYGEF SYSTEM – Uses include delivery of pharmaceutical grade purified water (PW) and DI water, using hot water, steam chemical or ozone sanitisation. Due to its excellent chemical resistance it is widely used in chemical distribution systems.
