GF Neutralization Tanks

Description

In nearly every water treatment process, the water is to be pH-adjusted for meeting the treatment requirements. As an example, waste water needs to be neutralized before being discharged into public wastewater treatment plants. Drinking water produced by reverse osmosis also has to be pH-adjusted according to the local drinking water regulations. Alkaline or acidic waste water is regulated by adjusting the pH value. For alkaline neutralization, several chemicals like caustic soda are generally used directly or in combination with a precipitation of soda solution. GF Piping Systems, with its custom-made solutions in measurement and control technology, offers high process reliability and cost optimization in this cost-intensive area.

Properties & applications

GF Piping Systems offers a comprehensive line of neutralization tanks and Automatic pH Adjustment/Monitoring systems. In facilities where special waste piping systems are required, pH neutralization and/or monitoring of the special waste discharges are required by many local municipalities or Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).

The GF line of tanks and treatment/monitoring systems provides the proper equipment required to suit this need. Our group of experts will help you choose the right system allowing for one source in providing both special waste piping and neutralization systems.
